Vinegar has been used for centuries as a traditional home remedy for various problems. These include reducing the acidity in our body, getting rid of dandruff, relieving problems related to morning sickness, relieving the pain and poisons from jellyfish and bee stings and to soothe sunburned skin.

When pomegranate is brewed and turn into vinegar, this fruity and flavor-packed liquid is not only a perfect ingredient for salad dressing or a seasoning for fish and poultry but is also a healthy drink that can be taken first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

  1. Hello, Mazlan, I'm your first commenter here after finding you through hubpages.
I have always liked pomegranates, though I eat them by sucking the juice and spitting out the seeds! Which, as I see from the video, is the wrong thing to do. Seems the seeds are eaten as well since they contain a lot of the good nutrients. I can't get over not liking to chew them though.
Have you planted the tree yet? I can't do it where I am because I live in a small apartment in the city and can only have a window-sill garden.
You really are a prolific writer, and your store fronts look fabulous as well. I take my hat off to you.
If you have the time, I have a spot here too. I'm 'Chinamiz.blogspot'. I'm going to link to you now. Hopefully it succeeds. I'm not very tech-savvy.

  2. I have been reading a lot of articles pertaining to the health benefits of pomegranate vinegar but i can't seem to find a place that sells it. I continuously come across pomegranate balsamic vinegar... is this the same? If not, can you recommend any retailers? Thank you!
